Champion Consulting was founded to help mission-driven organizations pursue funding with greater clarity, preparation, and strategy. Ms. Berga’s background in public health, public policy, grant development, community-based work, and professional legal environments informs Champion’s thoughtful, research-driven approach to funding support.

Her vision for Champion is rooted in making the funding process less overwhelming for nonprofits and other organizations doing meaningful work. She believes organizations should be able to pursue the resources their missions require without funding becoming a burden that pulls attention away from the work that matters most.

Champion was created to provide organizations with a reliable, accessible, and strategic partner throughout their funding journey, giving clients greater confidence in how they pursue opportunities while allowing them to remain focused on the people and communities they serve.
